On 8 September 2026, the staff of Okhaldhunga Community Hospital contributed NPR 238,779 to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund in response to the recent floods. Staff chose to give from their own earnings, with contributions ranging from one day’s salary to 10–15 days’ salary, to support those affected by the disaster.
